HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Only in the darkness can you see the stars!
It all started with Euphoria/Dysphoria, a very special project that myself and my good friend and music producer Marcello (The Magician!) worked on in 2019.
It was a wonderful experience to finally do something so creative and then be able to share those songs with family and friends.
It brought me a great deal of pleasure and happiness as well as giving me a great medium to be able to process some of the challenges of recent years.
Marcello, thank you for helping me turn these simple chords and words into these wonderful songs, without you most of these ideas would have just stayed on paper or just locked away inside of me forever.
This has since turned into other projects (See the MUSIC section below) and continues to be enormously good fun and incredibly rewarding on so many levels.
We are very proud of these songs and hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them.
I'd be very pleased if anyone gave them a listen and if you like them, maybe even tell someone else about them.

The Best so Far
It's been so nice to putting this arrangement of my favorite songs together, I really like listening to them in this sequence.
The albums all tell a story and I wouldn't want to change any of them. From start to finish it's been one big story and one big adventure and so it was nice to come back and put a compilation of them together and make it just about the songs, especially as 2 of then do not appear on any album.
I hope you like as much as I do.

an innocent child does not choose their muses!
This song had been written for some time and was one small missing story in the old chapter.
Although I did not want to re-approach old stories it was too nice lyrically not to complete and also nice to come back and remake it without the same emotion connection to it.

For when you meet someone who finally just makes you smile in a 100 or more different ways!
This song goes back a while now, originally featuring on the album Beyond the Borderline.
Before the release Marcello and I decided to simplify it and make it more of an acoustic version as it made the album flow nicer and more varied.
As much as I liked the album version, I always somehow missed the original. It reminded me of the joyful sentiment behind the song and how spending time with someone new brought so much happiness into my life. I know she missed this version as well!

The universe had a plan for me, right up it's sleeve! ,-)
This song is about learning through the experiences you have had (even if they were not particularly pleasant) and growing as a person.
It opens up the big question, would you go back and change anything if you could?!
Maybe this could have created an easier path? A happier life? but then would you be the person you are today in all of your knowledge and how you see the world and other people?
Maybe this experience even ended opening up opportunities that lead to a happier life than you could ever have imagined! ,-)
Through mistreatment you can also learn to mistreat others or you can instead, all the more learn to value, respect, care, appreciate, love and understand others, especially the closest people to you.
These things might not be so apparent had you have taken another path.
Maybe the universe had a plan all along! ,-)
